If you're advertising on media, the odds are either you don't know if your Ad/commercial is working or you're disappointed in its response.

If so, most likely you wrote/designed that Ad/commercial, or the account executive who sold you the Ad.

If you or your office manager wrote/designed the Ad/commercial or told the agency what you wanted them to say/design, don't blame media.

Let's be honest: Are expert of your industry or are you an expert in advertising?

Or perhaps did you settle for having the agency write and produce it because they would do it for "free."

Is that what you tell your customers -- that if they want expert service they should find someone who will do it for free? Or should they do it themselves and brag about it.
